5/3/1 is built around the top set: max reps at a prescribed weight. That single number drives your training max for the next cycle. So we built the whole app around it.

The plus-set screen turns the phone (or watch) into a giant rep counter. Tap or wrist-tap. We log time-under-tension, calculate e1RM, and tell you what the next cycle's training max should be — using the math, not vibes.
